Frances Fitzgerald works with Councillor Kenneth Egan and Councillor Emer Higgins in the Clondalkin area. She works closely with community groups and local residents to help enhance the quality of life for families and senior citizens in the greater Clondalkin area.

Frances local Constituency Office is located on Clondalkin Main Street above Sherlocks Solicitors, opposite the Credit Union.

Frances deals with local issues throughout the area aswell as issues of national importance such as speech and language therapy, breast cancer and other health issues. Along with Cllr. Tony Delaney she led the campaign against the proposed five storey development on the SIAC site on Monastery Road.

Frances has supported organisations such as The Round Tower Heritage Group, Clondalkin Active Retired, the Bawnogue Family and Suppoort Centre, CUMAS and Chairdeas as well as the Clondalkin Youth Cafe and Round Towers GAA Club. Frances has been the guest of honour at recent events in Corkagh Park including Play Day, held during the summer every year, and the Halloween Spooky Walk. Frances nominated Clondalkin-woman Rio Hogarty for a People of the Year Award and launched her book 'Beneath my Wings' in the area. Frances organises an annual event to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Clondalkina and continues to work on local issues of concern to residents in Clondalkin.
