What a great company. I'm enjoying working on the advisory board with Gary McGann, Brian O Driscoll and Mick O Keefee (CEO).

I was really delighted to receive many awards in the last two year. In 2025, The Praeses Elit Award – Dublin University Law Society, the Outstanding Woman of Impact Award - Fine Gael Women’s Network and the Emily Winifred Dickson Award – Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). In 2024, Officer de la Legion d’honneur - Ordre national de la Legion d’honneur, France, presented by President Macron, the European Values Champion of the Mandate – The Parliament Magazine MEP A

I will be continuing my work with the Gender Equality Advisory Council (GEAC) of the G7 in 2026 under the French Presidency. I will be representing the EU at these important meetings. I have to say the Canadian Presidency did a fantastic job and worked extremely hard to ensure gender equality was reflected in the ministerial outcomes of the G7 in Canada.

I am delighted to work with Barbara Condron, CEO of Ruhama on our international conference which was such a success.

Care has always been central to my work and this continues in my role as Chairperson of the board of HCCI.
